Our expectations:

  • High level of responsibility, proactivity and organization
  • Strong knowledge in the following areas: contextual advertising, Direct Marketing (incl. trigger emails), SEO, affiliate marketing, loyalty programs building and work with retention
  • Understanding of business marketing indicators (CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate) – ability to calculate necessary key indicators together with analytics team and adhere to them in your work

  • Planning and project budgeting, developing KPIs
  • Developing existing channels for attracting traffic
  • Searching and testing new scalable channels
  • Analysis of competitors' activity, USP creation
  • Project analytics – OLAP cubes, Google Analytics, Affise, internal reporting servers
  • Collaboration with other teams – SEO, design, development, etc.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
